新西兰中国城 网讯 有关部门于今天公布了与2011年大选捆绑进行的就选举体制所举行的公投的印在选票上的问题。
该问题由“A”和“B”两个部分组成。
在“A”部分中，选民需要回答的问题是：
现行的混合比例代表制（MMP）是否因该保留？
答案一：应该保留
答案二：我选择另一种制度
在“B”部分中，选民需要回答的问题是：
无论你如何回答第一个问题，如果有必要调整现行的选举制度，你将选择：
1）the First Past the Post system
2）the Preferential Voting system
3）the Single Transferable Vote system
4）the Supplementary Member system
选民可对“A”和“B”两个部分皆进行选择，也可任选其一进行回答。
据了解，如果在2011年的公投中，在回答“A”部分问题时，大部分人选择“选择另一种选举制度”，那么在2014年的全国大选中还将捆绑进行一次公投，选民将就“MMP”制度与问题“B”中最受人喜欢的一种制度进行选择。胜出者将作为新西兰未来几十年的基本选举制度。
