新西兰中国城网 先驱报中文网讯 12月12日，Bill English正式成为新西兰新总理后，其新内阁备受瞩目，今日（12月18日）下午，Bill English在惠灵顿公布其新内阁成员名单。
Bill English表示，新的内阁团队将更年轻化，Simon Bridges, Amy Adams和Nikki Kaye都得到大力提拔。
此次内阁改组还包括四个新部长 - Alfred Ngaro（直接进入内阁）；其他三位分别是Mark Mitchell，Jacqui Dean和David Bennett。
交通部长Simon Bridges晋升成为前五名内阁成员之一，接任Steven Joyce成为经济发展部发言人。另外，他还担任财务和通讯部代理发言人的角色，同时继续担任交通部长。
Amy Adams继续担任司法部长，同时接任Bill English和Paula Bennett成为新西兰公屋署发言人。她还将成为新设置的“新经济”(New Economy)部门发言人。
Judith Collins不再是警察部长和惩教部处长，下降为部长级别。她现在担任税务部部长，能源和资源部部长，以及少数民族部部长。
原妇女事务部部长Louise Upston进入内阁，接任Judith Collins成为惩教处部长。。
另外，Nick Smith的部长职位已从建筑和住房部部长成为建筑部长。Bill English表示，这并不是降级，其头衔更好地反映了他负责规划和监管规则的作用和角色。
副总理Paula Bennett担任警察部和妇女事务部发言人的角色，还将继续担任国家服务和气候变化发言人。
Hekia Parata，将在大选离开议会，将继续担任教育部长直到明年5月； Nikki Kaye担任副教育部长一职。
