最新数据表明：六成海外买家在奥克兰购房的是来自中国大陆的投资者
新西兰中国城网 网讯 新西兰土地局公布的最新数据显示，2016年第一季度从一月到三月大约有六成海外买家在奥克兰购房的是来自中国大陆的投资者。
今天下午新西兰土地局Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) 公布了数据显示在今年1月到3月期间在奥克兰出售的总数量是11,955套，而只有474套售出给了海外人士。在这些出售给海外人士的房屋中，有276套卖给了中国买家。来自澳大利亚的买家仅此第二，共45套。
在整个新西兰层面上，只有3%的出售房屋在2016年第一季度卖给了非新西兰公民或是居民，或是学生和工作签证持有者。来自中国大陆的买家跃居榜首共购入321套（占29.5%的海外买家)，而澳大利亚买家仅此第二，购入312套(占28.6%的海外买家)。
