2014年9月26日讯 ANZ奥克兰Greenlane新分行今天正式开业。此次迁址将为更多客户敞开方便之门。
分行新址座落于Rockfield Road和Great South转角处的全新Bradfords大楼。新分行地点适中，更加能够为Penrose，Greenlane和Ellerslie地区的客户提供便捷的银行服务。
早餐会的开幕典礼于今早举行，并由ANZ奥克兰区域总经理Andrew Webster、国会议员Hon Peseta Sam Lotu-Iiga、奥克兰市议员Denise Krum和ANZ Greenlane分行经理Warren Eaton一起主持。
ANZ零售及商业银行董事总经理Fred Ohlsson对能有机会融入这个繁荣社区而感到很荣幸。他还表示，ANZ致力于投资以提升分行的各项设备与措施，证明银行对此区域的重视与长远的承诺。
Ohlsson说：“新分行的迁址，是为了给客户带来更优质的服务。无论是个人还是企业客户，我们专业高效的团队都会竭尽全能给予协助，让每个客户都能在这个区域成功发展。”
新分行由15名专业员工组成，其中包括移动贷款经理，商务银行专员和房贷经理。除此之外，在24小时开放的大厅里配备一台智能ATM，不仅方便客户随时取款，同时也能随时存入现金与支票，满足客户不受时间限制的需求。
分行经理Warren Eaton表示：“我们的专业高效员工精通各种语言，会说广东话、印度语和普通话，客户可以用他们最熟悉的语言与我们交流沟通，解决银行业务所需。”
新分行的营业时间为9:00am至4:30pm （周一至周五）。

ANZ opens doors at new Greenlane branch
ANZ today celebrated the opening of its new branch in Greenlane, Auckland, repositioning its branch to be accessible to more people.
The branch has moved to a new location at on the corner of Rockfield and Great South Roads, situated in the brand new Bradfords building, making it easier for customers in Penrose, Greenlane and Ellerslie to do their banking.
The branch was opened by Andrew Webster, General Manager Auckland Region, Hon Peseta Sam Lotu-Iiga, Councillor Denise Krum and Warren Eaton, ANZ Greenlane Branch Manager at a breakfast function today.
Fred Ohlsson, ANZ’s Managing Director, Retail and Business Banking, said it’s great to be part of a thriving community, and the investment in this new branch reaffirms the long-standing commitment to the area.
“With this branch, we're moving to a great location for both our personal and business customers and our top team of experts are looking forward to helping them continue the story of success and progress in this area,” he said.
The branch has a 15-strong team including mobile managers, business bankers, and home lenders. It also features a Smart ATM which accepts cash and cheque deposits as well as the standard withdrawals in a 24-hour lobby, making it easy for customers to access cash at any time of day or night.
“Our specialist staff speak a range of languages, including Cantonese, Hindi and Mandarin, so customers can talk to us about their banking needs in the language they’re most comfortable using,” Mr Eaton said.
The branch is open 9am C 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
