风起云涌
明宪宗年间,宦官弄权,滥杀贤臣。侠客赵怀安在营救忠良行动中,终将恶贯满盈的东厂提督万喻楼一剑毙命,引来西厂督主雨化田祭出天下格杀令。赵怀安等人一路亡命到嘉峪关的龙门,消失于铺天盖地的黑沙暴中。尘消风散后,西厂密探、鞑靼商队等江湖各路人马,再度投宿于龙门客栈这家大漠黑店。三年前曾毁于大火的龙门客栈里,当年的风骚老板娘金镶玉早已神秘失踪,只剩逃过火劫的伙计们重起炉灶,痴等老板娘回来。几乎被世人遗忘的边关客栈,再次因缘际会地风起云涌:神秘剑客卜仓舟的容貌,为何与雨化田如此相似?对客栈密道瞭若指掌的吹笛女子凌雁秋,又是何许人也?就在由雨化田亲率的西厂追兵赶来之际,地平线突刮起数条龙捲奇风,赵怀安横空飞出,欲与雨化田一决生死。大漠风烟间,一场天地变色的正邪之战,即将展开。
“Flying Sword of Dragon Gate” picks up three years after the infamous Dragon Inn was burnt down in the desert when its innkeeper JADE vanished. A new gang of marauders had taken over: innkeepers by day, and treasure hunters by night. The inn is the rumored location of a lost city buried under the desert, and its hidden treasure would only be revealed by a gigantic storm every sixty years. The gang used the inn as a front to locate the lost treasure.
The storm is arriving. But the situation becomes more complicated when a pregnant concubine who escaped from the palace came to the inn. The concubine was saved by a mysterious woman LING, and the two fled to the Dragon Inn in hiding. Hot on their trail were the Imperial Assassins led by the powerful eunuch YU, followed by the righteous general ZHAO who was determined to take down Yu to restore order in the palace.

1950年出生, 自十三岁起即开始製作八米厘实验电影,毕业于美国德萨斯州
大学,修读电影,于1977年加入电视广播有限公司,从事导演等工作。一年后转投佳视,并且拍了电视剧经典《金刀情侠》。这可说是徐克导演生涯的转捩点,他的才华为电影监製所注意,并于1979年完成他的第一部古装剧情长片《蝶变》。徐克独特的风格和娴熟的技巧,使《蝶变》从当时充斥市场的功夫片中脱颖而出。
陆续拍摄了多部影片后,徐克于1984年与妻子施南生成立了「电影工作室」,晋身为监製,创业作《上海之夜》,继而推出多部风格独特及创新片种,不但获得一致好评,更在票房上取得佳绩,其后曾于好莱坞发展,进一步拓展独特之个人风格。
除了监製许多脍炙人口的电影如《英雄本色》系列、《倩女幽魂》系列等片,徐克导演更是执导出多部电影经典如《笑傲江湖》、《黄飞鸿》系列等,其创新风格,更奠定了往后多部武侠电影所欲超越的标竿。
2005年,徐克拍摄完成之武侠巨着《七剑》于东南亚上画得到票房佳绩,《七剑》并被邀请为二零零五年度之威尼斯电影节开幕电影。2006年,徐克与其两位交往三十年的好朋友及大导演,杜琪峯及林岭东,一同合作拍摄电影《铁三角》, 并于第60届戛纳电影节首映。2008年,徐克被第13届釜山电影节
邀请主持大师讲座。2009年,凭《狄仁杰之通天帝国》入围第67届威尼斯电影节竞赛单元,其后更横扫华语电影节,囊括多个奖项,包括第三十届香港电影金像奖之最佳导演奖。
而国际天文联会为表彰徐克在影坛获奖无数的成就,于2011年6月正式颁发证书,确认一枚距离地球三十五亿公里的小行星从此定名「徐克」,使他成为首位获得殊荣的香港导演。
2011年,徐克锐意使用最新立体拍摄技术,製作其新片《龙门飞甲》,令该片马上成为同年度十大观众最期待华语电影之一。
TSUI Hark
Producer/Director/Original Story/Screenwriter
Born in 1950, Tsui Hark studied filmmaking in University of Texas, Austin. A legendary producer and director, He is one of Hong Kong cinema's most influential figures. A pioneer of the '80s Hong Kong New Wave film movement, Tsui immediately caught the attention of critics with his innovative style and techniques.“Butterfly Murders”(1979) and “Dangerous Encounters Of the First Kind”(1980) pushed the boundary of Hong Kong genre films as well as the limit of the censors.
Following the creation of Film Workshop with his wife Nansun Shi in 1984, Tsui directed and produced a series of successful commercial films that initiated the “golden era” of Hong Kong cinema. Films including “A Chinese Ghost Story” – The Animation (1987), “Swordsman”(1990), and “Once Upon In China”(1992) established Tsui's dominance across Asia. After directing two films in Hollywood, Tsui returned to Hong Kong in the mid-90s and continued to push his stylistic boundary. “Iron Monkey”(1993) and “Time And Tide”(2000) introduced Hong Kong action style to the audience in Europe and America.
In 2005, Tsui's “Seven Swords”(2005) was invited to be the opening film at the 62nd Venice International Film Festival. In 2006, he collaborated with fellow directors and friends of 30 years, Ringo Lam and Johnny To in the much-anticipated film “Triangle”, which premiered at the 60th Cannes International Film Festival. In the film, the three directors each directed one segment. In 2008, Tsui was invited to host the Masters Class at the 13th Pusan International Film Festival. Tsui’s“Detective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame” was in Competition of the 67th Venice Film Festival in 2009. It also swept across various Chinese film festivals for awards in several categories, including the Best Director in the 30th Hong Kong Film Awards.
In 2011, Tsui endeavored to shoot his new film “Flying Swords of Dragon Gate” with the latest 3D technology and it immediately became one of the 10th most anticipated movies in the Chinese cinema.

Dong Yu is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of our company. Mr. Yu has over 15 years of experience in film distribution and received numerous recognitions such as "The Most Influential Asian Film Producer" by The Hollywood Reporter in November 2006 and "Outstanding Figure of the Year in Chinese Creative Enterprises" by Chinese Creative Enterprises in 2008. Before he founded our predecessor company in 2000, Mr. Yu held positions at China Film Group
Corporation from 1999 to 2000 and at Beijing Film Studio from 1994 to 1999. Mr. Yu is also the vice president of the Youth Film Participant Committee of the China Film Association, a standing

Mr. Yu received his bachelor's degree in film management from the Beijing Film Institute. 施南生 Nansun SHI

于2005年9月被国际传媒Variety.com列入全球五十名有影响力独立电影人之一的施南生,是传媒事业的多面手。
生于香港,施南生于英国北伦敦理工学院取得她的学士学位。她于1981年加入新艺城有限公司负责管理製作、发行和行政部门,开始她的电影事业。1984年,施南生与丈夫徐克成立製作公司电影工作室,并在国际影坛取得超卓成绩。近作《狄仁杰之通天帝国》在中国取得三亿元人民币的高票房纪录,除了是一个商业成功,亦是她事业上的一个重要里程碑。影片在2010年并入围第67届威尼斯国际电影节的竞赛单元。2006年,施南生加入了博纳影业集团的董事会。博纳是一家中国民营电影发行商,市场佔有率高达百分之十五,2010年于美国纳斯达克上巿。2007及2008年,施南生分别担任第57届柏林国际电影节及第54届悉尼国际电影节的评委会成员,她还于 2011年在第64届戛纳国际电影节担任评审团成员。

Named one of the 50 most influential indie filmmakers/players around the world by Variety, Nansun Shi is one of Asia’s most accomplished and respected producers working in the Asian film scene today.
Born in Hong Kong, Nansun received her Bachelor’s Degree from the Polytechnic of North London. Her film career began when she joined Cinema City Company Ltd in 1981 as Controller with overall responsibility for production, distribution and administration. In 1984, Nansun and her husband Tsui Hark founded an independent production company, Film Workshop, which has produced numerous internationally-acclaimed box office successes. Its latest production, “Detective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame” was both a critical and commercial success. The film
grossed RMB300m in China alone and was in competition at the 67th Venice International Film Festival in 2010. In 2006, Nansun joined the board of the Bona International Film Group, then a privately-held independent distributor with 15% market share in China. The Company has since listed on NASDAQ in December 2010.Nansun served on the jury of the 57th Berlin International Film Festival in 2007 and the 54th Sydney International Film Festival in 2008. She was also a Jury
member at the 64th Cannes International Film Festival in 2011.
Today, apart from being the Executive Director of Film Workshop and a Board member of Bona Film Group, Nansun is also the Chairman of Distribution Workshop, an international sales agent for Asian films which is based in Hong Kong. She is also a member of the Hong Kong Film Development Council.

元彬 YUEN Bun 动作指导 Action Choreographer
祖籍上海,由于父母酷爱京剧,1962年,八岁的元彬被送入于占元创办的中国戏曲学校,与成龙、洪金宝、元彪、元华等人成为师兄弟,他们有一个共同的名字七小福。他亲身创造并见证了香港90年代的许多招牌武侠电影,曾设计过无数经典的打斗场面。参与製作过的电影有《新龙门客栈》、《笑傲江湖2:东方不败》、《文雀》、《青蛇》、《狮王争霸》、《王者之风》、《黑社会》、《暗花》、《大事件》等。
Born in Shang Hai, was admitted to the Chinese Drama School when eight years old, become brothers with Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Ha Ling Chun and Wah Yuen. He personally created and witnessed Hongkong 90's martial arts drama, has designed numerous classic fight scenes. Involved in the production of the film "New Dragon Gate Inn", "Swordsman 2","Sparrow", "Green Snake", "Once Upon A Time in China III", "Once Upon A Time in China IV", "Election"," The Longest Nite", "Breaking News”.

奚仲文 Yee Chung Man
美术总监 Production Designer
从影多年来,奚仲文为《倩女幽魂》、《新不了情》、《甜蜜蜜》、《孔子》、《投名状》、《门徒》、《满城尽带黄金甲》等多部经典影片担任艺术指导和服装设计,多次获得香港电影金像奖、台湾金马奖。由奚仲文担任服装设计的《满城尽带黄金甲》入围了第79届奥斯卡金像奖最佳服装设计,并夺得美国电影业服装设计公会历史类最佳服装设计奖。
Yee Chung-Man is one of the most prolific art directors and costume designers in the Hong Kong film industry. In honor of his work, Yee has won several art director awards at the Hong Kong Film Awards and at the Taiwan Golden Horse Awards, including Best Art Direction for the 1987 film "A Chinese Ghost Story" at the 7th Hong Kong Film Awards, and for Peter Chan's drama "Comrades: Almost a Love Story" at the 16th Hong Kong Film Awards, Best Art Director and Best Makeup and Costume Design for 2002 film "Golden Chicken" at 40th Golden Horse Awards as well as Best Costume & Makeup Design for Peter Chan's film "Perhaps Love" at the 25th Hong Kong Film Awards in 2006. The costumes for the film "Curse of the Golden Flower" earned Yee an Academy Award nomination for Best Costume Design at the 79th Academy Awards, and won Excellence in Costume Design for a Period Film at the 2007 Costume Designers Guild Awards.

A veteran S-3D innovator having set standards for Jim Cameron's "AVATAR", Comisky supervised the 3D for "SANCTUM" in Australia earlier this year and returned from Canada in November where he designed the Stereo3D for "FINAL DESTINATION". Comisky also supervised the S-3D Visual Effects for Cameron's IMAX 3D documentaries, "Ghosts of the Abyss" and "Aliens of the Deep". He produced the filmed portion of "T2-3D Battle Across Time", the award winning theme park attraction while supervising the S-3D and Visual Effects.

自 2000 年开始工作于侯孝贤电影工作室 - 三视多媒体担任剪接,2003 之后加入苹果电脑专业市场部门,负责专业影视创作市场的市场开发。熟悉后期工作流程,2010 年开始加入递加公司筹备工作,现负责公司运营及市场、后期管理及 3D技术开发。在电影《抓猴》、《在路上》、《龙门飞甲》中担任 3D 技术统筹及工作流程规划。在《BAIT 3D》中,协调及规划现场数字监视流程及支持。
Start working with director, Hou Hsiao Hsian from 2000 as an editor in Sinomovie. Joined Apple from 2003 and was in charge of professional video/audio market development. Familiar with post production workflow. Joined the team to start the new company, Dimension Plus, from 2010 and was in charge of company operation, marketing, post production, and stereoscopic technical development. Help feature film, Catching Monkey, On the Road, and Flying Swords of Dragon Gate to set up workflow and coordinate the stereoscopic production. Was also help the film, BAIT 3D, setup and support the on set video assist workflow.

Jet Li
A Chinese national champion in wushu (martial arts) at the age of eleven, Jet Li spent much of his childhood displaying his amazing skills at state functions – including once in the White House Rose Garden for President Nixon, soon after the USA established diplomatic relations with China. He retired from the sport as an undefeated champion at the age of seventeen. Soon after, his screen debut in Shaolin Temple launched him into a new career in the movies. He became a global star in Tsui Hark’s legendary Once Upon a Time in China series, and his work in Hong Kong earned him an invitation to Hollywood. Since starring opposite Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon 4, his US credits have included Romeo Must Die, The One and Kiss of the Dragon. Zhou Xun
Arguably one of the best actresses in China, Zhou Xun stands out for her flair and devotion, especially in performance. Many distinguished screenwriters and directors, both native and foreign, agree she is a young talent whose start is rising swiftly. Since her debut on screen at age 15, Zhou Xun displayed her remarkable talent in dozens of films and TV series, successfully playing roles with strikingly different social standing and disposition. These include the puerile little princess in Palace of Desire, the gifted young poet in April Rhapsody, and two contrasting roles in SuZhou River which earned her topmost fame and popularity all over China and Southeast Asia.
While most TV and movie stars nowadays crave reputation and popularity, Zhou Xun values her career more seriously as a life-long dedication. 陈 坤
陈坤,出生在重庆市,2000年毕业于北京电影学院表演系96级。2000年出演电视剧《像雾像雨又像风》让观众所熟悉。而法国电影《巴尔扎克和小裁缝》中的罗明这一角色也让陈坤为国外观众所熟悉。2005年,陈坤凭藉电影《鸳鸯蝴蝶》获得台湾金马奖最佳男主角提名。2007年,陈坤在电影《云水谣》中的表演让他赢得中国华表奖优秀男演员奖。在2009年一年之中,他连续主演了5部电影和一部长篇电视剧。其中尤为引人注目的是姜文执导的黑色喜剧电影《让子弹飞》,陈坤在其中初次扮演反面角色。除了自出道以来令他受到瞩目的外形魅力,陈坤在演技上的成熟蜕变正日益得到肯定。陈坤已成为目前中国最炙手可热的演员之一。

拍摄困难:这个戏人物很多,安排演员去拍摄的时候,有时候在控制拍摄时间上很难处理,很难照顾到每个演员,有些演员拍不到,有些演员拍的太累了。大多数演员都没有过如此辛苦的拍摄经验,但是我们也合作的很愉快。

3D挑战更大:3D摄影机的镜头就那麽大,刺过去你以为刺中了,但是在3D的世界里看出来可能就有偏差,可能长短距离有偏差,要很有耐性反複的去做同样的东西,包括剑的反光,出来的就都不一样。
3D学习快:西方成熟的3D摄影团队一个镜头要拍一个半小时。而我们一开始A、B组加在一起一天也拍不过六个镜头。但整个剧组进步很快,两个多月过后,我们四十分钟就可以拍下一个3D镜头了。

The challenge on 3D: The lens of the 3D camera is not that big. When you stab towards the camera, it may deviate in the 3D world. The distance may deviate, so we need to repeat the action patiently. Even the reflection from the blade may look differently.
Learning curve on 3D: For a Hollywood 3D production, a single shot would take 90 minutes to complete. For our film, we could only do six shots a day with two camera teams. But we’re fast learners, and after two months, we could finish a shot in 40 minutes.

环境最恶劣:这次拍摄是我遇到外部环境最恶劣的,因为有风沙,拍摄时我们根本睁不开眼睛。但是我们不能“瞎着”给大家表演。气温又低,很多时候都是零下的,对人的骨头来说,不太适合去做大幅度的武打动作。
导演重细节:他让我坐下的时候甩飘带、挡酒……这样的小细节一点点累积起来。比如第一天拍龙门客栈进门的戏,导演让我很帅的把身上的包裹和帽子甩掉,可是那些东西被绑的很紧,我甩了半天才下来。但这样出来的最终效果却很酷。

Worst Situation: This is the worst location shooting I’ve ever been in. With the sandstorm, we could barely open our eyes, yet we couldn’t look blind on camera. The temperature was often in sub-zero and bad for our bodies, especially when we’re performing extensive action sequences.
Tsui Hark and Details: He wants me to swing my robe and refuse the wine before sitting. Such details would add up everyday. For the first day at Dragon Inn, the director asked me to unload my bag and hat in a cool way. But they were tied tightly on my clothes, and it was not cool at all.

3D技术:我们在探访和交流3D的过程里面,遇上了一些研究3D三十年以上的专家,和他们交流了很多关于3D的事情。后来我们找了《阿凡达》拍摄3D的技术人员给我们训练拍摄3D电影,那个时候我们开始明白3D具体跟细节上是怎麽回事。
3D的前景:从无声到有声,从黑白到彩色,从2D到3D,都是电影发展的必经之路。3D打开了另一扇空间,现实生活确实是立体的世界,不是平面的世界,观众所有一切的追求都是越来越接近我们现实的东西。
3D《龙门飞甲》:《龙门飞甲》是我这麽多年想拍摄的精华之一,因为在所谓的一个固定的客栈环境和沙漠景观上,用3D电影的器材拍摄会呈现很有趣的效果。在这些比较有利的条件之下,《龙门飞甲》就变成我的第一部3D电影作品。

Sophistication on 3D: We’ve grown more sophisticated on 2D filmmaking, but we also want a breakthrough that is beyond 2D. That would be 3D. In five to ten years, 3D technology would present a more extensive and sophisticated martial arts world.
3D Trend: Since “Avatar”, most of the Hollywood blockbusters are in 3D. In terms of the global trend, it seems not only the fantasy genre like “Avatar” could be in 3D, but so does the cops-and-robbers genre. Regardless of whether the Chinese filmmakers would follow suit, this trend could continue for three to five years.
