Coco Chanel女士人生的起起伏伏一直是很多作者喜欢写作的话题，今秋有一本名为“Coco Chanel:私密的人生”的新书也将上市，同样以Coco的生活为题材。
作者Lisa Chaney声称自己有确切的证据可以证明Coco曾使用药物，是一个双性恋者，还曾和已婚的Salvador Dali有婚外情。
在周四由Viking发出的一封邮件中写道：“Lisa Chaney声称自己有证据可以证明Coco Chanel的德国情人Hans Gunther von Dincklage曾是二战中纳粹组织的奸细。Coco女士是否知晓此事不得而知，但是二战之后，她曾在瑞士居住过一段时间，以躲避对她的有关法律追究。”
Lisa Chaney的宣传商们目前拒绝有关采访，该书预计在11月份出版。

We know for a fact that she had a relationship during the war with a German aristocrat she had met in Paris in the 1930s. The timing of this romance with a German was unfortunate even if Baron Von Dincklage's mother was English and their relationship started before the war.

No one knows for sure exactly what happened or what her role was to be. There are several different versions and it will no doubt always remain a mystery.
