千龙网讯 甲型h1n1流感防控工作启动一个多月以来，北京地区发现的输入性确诊病例只有13例，全国确诊病例只有49例。一些网友因此不解：甲型h1n1流感，是不是“狼来了”？
来自地坛医院、北京大学、协和医科大的专家表示，甲型h1n1流感仍属于传染性很强的流行性疾病，全球确诊的甲型h1n1流感病例达到17000多例，国内确诊病例较少，正说明国内积极、主动的防控措施确实有效，发现一例、及时控制一例。对比之下，目前已经成功延缓了其高峰到来。“现在大家正常生活、学习、工作，没有受甲型h1n1流感较大干扰，正是积极防控的目的所在。”
专家认为，甲型h1n1流感作为流行性传染病，围堵只能减少其传染范围，控制突发的流行爆发。但在全球化交往日益频繁的条件下，并不能阻止输入性病例的出现。同时，由于这种病毒的隐性传染的特点，出现本土性二代病例也不足为奇。防控的 关键是防止疫情的爆发流行，削减传染高峰，延缓传播速度。
◆严防赢得防控时间
和目前世界范围内的大量确诊病例相比，国内确诊病例要少得多，首都地区全部为输入性甲型h1n1流感病例。
北大医院感染疾病科副主 任徐小元 教授表示，这意味着一个多月以来的积极防控，为国内、首都赢得了防控时间，成功削平了甲型h1n1流感病例的峰值，阻止了其短时间内大规模集中爆发。“我们的机场防控做得特别好，从第一道关口就防住了，防控的效果非常好。”
徐小元表示，目前防止甲型h1n1流感集中爆发意义十分大。据预计，到10月份的时候，国内储备的特效药达菲将达到1500万人份，这可保证甲型h1n1流感快速、安全治愈。另外，病毒在较长时段里“释放”，即使在大范围内逐步出现患者也不会严重。“长时间内逐渐出现大量患者，最后就和目前的常规季节性流感区别不大了。公众体内也会逐渐产生相应的抗体，减少疾病流行风险。”
◆易感“脆弱人群”2亿人以上
协和医科大公共卫生学院院长、博导黄建始表示，我国对甲型h1n1流感的积极防控措施是非常必要的，无疑避免了其可能带来的公共卫生风险。
黄建始分析，按照包括1918年等历史上流感大流行的经验分析，流感对“脆弱人群”的威胁更大，容易引起并发症的，甚至威胁病人生命安全。这些“脆弱人群”以5岁以下，55岁以上的人群为主。
